A candidate with solid knowledge in: Windows and Linux operating systems Active Directory management Networking, routers, and switches On-premises and cloud servers Databases (desirable) ITIL (desirable) What will you do? Provide consulting services to clients Participate in ITSM tool implementation projects Contribute ideas, learn, and grow with us Requirements: Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Technology, Systems, or Computer Science Experience with ticketing platforms (desirable) What do we offer?
