PAYROLL ANALYST What Do You Need? Interest in technology and payroll functions Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed) Intermediate Excel skills; pivot tables, macros (technical test required) Minimum 2 years of experience in: tax calculations, disability benefits, settlements, severance payments, and Sunday premium pay Payroll management (biweekly and weekly) for templates with at least 1,000 employees Experience using ERP or accounting-payroll systems Advanced knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and IMSS · Responsibilities: Payroll processing Calculation of Sunday premium pay, vacation bonuses, and severance payments Incident reporting IMSS administration · MacStore Benefits: Monthly salary of $16,000 gross (100% nominal compensation structure with direct employment contract) Year-end bonus exceeding legal requirements Meal vouchers Life insurance Savings fund Funeral expense assistance Attendance bonus of 12.5% of base salary for plant attendance · Work Location: Col.
