On-site support for convenience stores in Toluca Metepec **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support for all PCs, POS terminals, and peripherals (PIN pads, ticket printers, etc.) * Provide support for all CCTV systems * Provide basic support for networking equipment * Resolve hardware and software incidents on-site * Prepare, install, configure, and replace computing equipment * Customize equipment and restore data * Prepare equipment for delivery to vendors and end users * Maintain up-to-date hardware inventory records * Manually record and track equipment movements and shipping documents **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in operational asset, inventory, or warehouse management * Minimum of 6 months of professional experience * Technical knowledge of hardware (HW) * Technical knowledge of CCTV maintenance * Familiarity with ticketing system (TKTS) management tools * Valid driver’s license **Additional Information** What will you gain by working with us? * Statutory benefits * Fixed monthly bonuses for punctuality, attendance, and restaurant support * Grocery vouchers * Discounts with entertainment companies, gyms, language schools, universities, and more * Professional training and career development plan Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
