OBJECTIVE: Ensure compliance with quality standards in processes, materials, and finished products through the implementation of controls, analysis, and continuous improvement, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements. WE ARE SEEKING: QUALITY ENGINEER LOCATION: * San Nicolas Tolentino Santin WORK SCHEDULE: * SHIFT 2: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM * Availability for weekend work (if required) REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field * Experience in manufacturing processes SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and ensure compliance with quality standards in production. * Conduct process and product audits. * Implement corrective and preventive actions. * Analyze failures and develop improvement solutions. * Track customer complaints and non-conformities. * Prepare quality reports and performance indicators. * Coordinate inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. * Validate production releases and engineering changes. * Develop and update quality procedures, work instructions, and forms. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Apply problem analysis and resolution tools. * Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives. * Train personnel on quality topics and good practices. * Ensure compliance with applicable standards and certifications.
