Flight Supervision * Plan flights based on received operational messages, and inform ramp personnel and other departments about required equipment and staff for service delivery. Pre-flight briefing to PIC.* Supervise aircraft loading and overall servicing to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the aircraft’s time on the ground until it departs for its next destination. * Verify that work procedures across various operational departments are executed according to client requirements. Flight Plan Coordination * Coordinate flight plans in a timely manner to ensure aircraft departure authorization as scheduled. * Store resulting documentation within established timeframes. ULD and Client Supplies Control* Maintain ULD inventory and submit reports at intervals specified by the client. * Maintain stationery and equipment inventories according to required minimums and maximums.
