Job Profile: Financial Manager **Location:** San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. **Monthly Salary:** $60,000 MXN **Desired Age:** Up to 55 years old **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Administration, or related field. **Language:** English is not mandatory. **Availability:** Immediate / Currently employed. Position Objective Manage, control, and supervise the company's financial operations, ensuring proper resource management, cash flow, budgeting, cost control, and tax compliance, thereby contributing to the organization's profitability and financial stability within the industrial zone parts distribution sector. Essential Experience * Minimum 5–8 years as a Financial Manager or in a similar role. * Proven experience in distribution, trading, spare parts, or component distribution companies. * Experience working in industrial zones and familiarity with administrative–financial operations of high-volume enterprises. * Budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning expertise. * Experience supervising departments including: * Accounting * Treasury * Accounts Receivable * Accounts Payable * Taxes * Payroll * Experience dealing with banks, audits, and financial strategies. * Knowledge of cost control and profitability analysis. * Desirable experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Preference given to candidates currently employed. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and oversee financial budgets. * Manage cash flow and working capital. * Ensure tax and financial compliance. * Supervise monthly and annual accounting closings. * Analyze financial indicators and management reports. * Design cost-reduction strategies and resource optimization plans. * Maintain relationships with banking institutions and financial providers. * Supervise collections and accounts receivable recovery. * Authorize payments and significant financial transactions. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Present financial reports to the General Management. * Implement internal controls and financial policies. * Follow up on tax and administrative matters. * Participate in business strategic planning. * Ensure the company's financial and operational stability.
