RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support for tasks related to the IT department. Resolve issues reported by users on their personal computers. Resolve issues reported by users on various company applications and ERPs. Report and follow up with application vendors. Support vendors using the company's platform. Configure personal computers as needed. Perform general configurations on personal computers or servers as required by management. Manage IT fixed assets. Document processes and manuals. Execute implemented ISO processes within the department. Backup databases of applications. Server and operational equipment checklists. Computer equipment maintenance.
