WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU VACANCY: JUNIOR HUMAN TALENT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Preparation, calculation, and payment of payroll. * Implementation of Workplace Culture and Work Climate programs. * Administration and evaluation of Performance Appraisals. * Implementation of Compensation and Incentive programs. * Administration of personnel documentation and files. * Management of personnel entry and exit procedures. * Onboarding of new employees. * All of the above for the administration of a team of 20 people. REQUIREMENTS * Recent graduate or intern in Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or personnel management. * Full-time availability. * Basic knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Nomipaq, NOI, and/or Zentric). * Knowledge of SUA and calculation of employer-employee obligations (IMSS and INFONAVIT). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Responsible, organized, proactive, and reliable.
