**Job Description – Warehouse Operations Supervisor** **Location:** Central warehouse of a major automobile assembler **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, fixed day off on Sunday \+ 1 weekday (rotating shifts) **Salary:** $19,000 monthly **Payment schedule:** Weekly **Position objective** Supervise and ensure the proper operation of the company's **Central Warehouse**, guaranteeing the efficient flow of materials and parts for the automotive production line. This role is key to maintaining plant operations continuity through efficient management of logistics, inventory, and operational personnel. **Main responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate warehouse logistics operations: receiving, verification, registration, and storage of materials. * Supervise material picking processes for the production line, as well as preparation and dispatch of shipments. * Manage returns, non-conforming materials, and shrinkage control. * Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reporting. * Plan workload distribution for operational staff across shifts. * Implement and track performance indicators (picking times, inventory accuracy, stock turnover). * Ensure proper use of storage spaces, material handling equipment, and work tools. * Ensure compliance with safety, organization, and cleanliness standards across all warehouse areas. * Report incidents, prepare operational reports, and propose continuous improvement actions. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a supervisor or in warehouse/logistics, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector. * Mandatory: experience managing operational personnel. * Solid knowledge of warehouse logistics, supply chain, and inventory management. * Availability for rotating shifts. * Leadership, organizational skills, effective communication, and results orientation. **We offer** * Monthly salary of $19,000 (weekly payments). * Job stability at a highly reputable company in the automotive industry. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Fixed day off on Sunday \+ 1 weekday.
