We are seeking a skilled **Full Stack Developer** with 3–8\+ years of experience to support the development and enhancement of modern web applications. You will work hands\-on across the full technology stack, leveraging GO, Python on the backend and React on the frontend. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams while delivering high\-quality, scalable solutions during Eastern Time working hours. ***What You Will Do:*** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable full\-stack web applications using GO, Python on the backend and React on the frontend. * Build and integrate RESTful APIs and services to support application functionality. * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Write clean, efficient, and well\-documented code following best practices. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the full stack. * Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability. * Support ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and feature development during the contract period. ***Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:*** * 3–8\+ years of professional experience in full\-stack web development * Strong hands\-on experience with Python for backend development * Strong hands\-on experience with React for frontend development * Solid understanding of web application architecture, APIs, and data flows * Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) * Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross\-functional teams * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail * Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours * **Only Resumes in English will be considered** ***Why VEscapeLabs?*** We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our team.
