Overview: Develop business intelligence tools, statistical analysis, and machine learning models to uncover purchasing, consumption, and cross\-selling patterns in order to improve profitability, efficiency, and strategic decision\-making in the faucets, bathtubs, and plumbing products market. Responsibilities: * Collect and structure internal and external data related to sales, customers, products, quotations, and market behavior. * Apply data mining and deep query techniques to identify hidden patterns in purchasing and consumption behavior. * Develop machine learning models for demand forecasting, customer segmentation, and product recommendations (cross\-sell and up\-sell). * Build executive dashboards and reports with key business indicators, product margins, turnover, and customer behavior insights. * Generate automated alerts to anticipate demand changes, price deviations, and commercial optimization opportunities. * Design analytical models to support decisions related to pricing, promotions, product assortment, and channel strategies. * Manage the quality and governance of data used in critical business analyses. * Collaborate with pricing strategy, marketing, and commercial leadership teams to align data intelligence with business vision. Qualifications: **Educación / Education*** Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (postgraduate preferred). **Conocimientos / Knowledge*** Business intelligence and predictive modeling, Data mining and clustering techniques, Deep query using advanced SQL, Programming in Python or R for machine learning (scikit\-learn, XGBoost, etc.), Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, Commercial metrics: margins, turnover, elasticity, average ticket, customer lifetime value (CLV), Customer segmentation and cohort analysis, Knowledge of the plumbing or hardware sector is a plus. **Experiencia / Experience*** Minimum of 2–3 years in advanced data analysis, data science, or business intelligence in industrial or commercial sectors **Habilidades y Competencias / Skills and Competencies**:* Strategic, data\-driven thinking, Ability to transform complex data into actionable decisions, Strong analytical rigor and autonomy, Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non\-technical teams, Analytical curiosity and results orientation.
