In this position, you will drive resilient security architecture efforts, craft enduring policies, and engage with multiple teams to protect essential data—apply today to become a key part of our security advancement. **Responsibilities** * Create scalable IAM security designs * Direct the implementation of detailed security strategies * Ensure technology integrations conform to defined security frameworks * Engage with business partners to harmonize security and organizational priorities * Coach and support team members on implementing security standards * Develop and monitor policies for all enterprise security solutions * Stay current with latest security tech developments and potential risks * Address and resolve major security incidents * Shape and execute strategic IAM development plans * Administer and optimize platforms for authentication and federation * Uphold system and application security across different operational contexts **Requirements** * 5 years of practical experience with Ping AIC, ACI, PingOne Protect and Verify * Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, or Python * Solid base in Active Directory (AD) or similar LDAP directories * Extensive understanding of intrusion detection, security policy formulation, and OS hardening * Skill in SSO, Federation (SAML/OIDC), MFA, and PKI * Knowledge of identity management principles and integrating cloud services * Familiarity with device authentication techniques * Proven record in guiding teams to follow security best practices * Experience building long\-lasting enterprise security strategies * Sharp analytical skills with strong problem\-solving capacity * Outstanding interpersonal abilities and team\-working mindset * Self\-sufficiency in handling tasks with limited supervision * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) command of English **Nice to have** * Experience spanning various IAM platforms * Hands\-on background with HashiCorp Vault * Awareness of BeyondTrust PowerBroker * Ability to track and log security incidents effectively * Proficiency in troubleshooting security tools on the spot
