**Position: Delivery Driver** **Location:** ZACATECAS \- FORD ZACATECAS **Job Description:** Grupo CGE Automotriz is seeking personnel to join the parts department, supporting sales activities, customer service, merchandise delivery, and warehouse operations—ensuring timely service, inventory organization, and adherence to internal processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Customer service and follow-up for counter and wholesale customers * Support in sales and promotion of automotive parts and products * Preparation, loading, and delivery of merchandise to customers and repair shops * Inspection and arrangement of merchandise in the warehouse * Receiving and verifying parts against invoices or purchase orders * Supporting inventory management and tracking product inflows and outflows * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse area and delivery vehicle * Performing local delivery routes according to schedule * Safeguarding delivery and collection documentation where applicable * Assisting with quotations and basic order follow-up * Reporting delivery, inventory, or product incidents **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, delivery, or parts sales * Basic knowledge of automotive products and parts * Valid driver’s license (commercial class) * Ability to operate standard vehicles * Availability for operational and field-based work **Skills:** * Customer service orientation * Organizational ability * Responsibility * Teamwork * Effective communication * Service-minded attitude * Proactivity **Performance Indicators:** * On-time and accurate delivery fulfillment * Customer service and follow-up * Inventory control and organization * Compliance with internal processes * Contribution to departmental goal achievement **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM; Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ performance bonuses * Company-provided utility vehicle * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Professional development opportunities * Continuous training Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
