This platform will centralize the management of mobile services, billing, support, top-ups, purchases, entertainment, among others. Experience in similar projects and understanding of the particularities of the TelCo sector, working in a hybrid manner (remote and on-site) as required by the project. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop intuitive and scalable interfaces using React and React Native. * Integrate multiple TelCo services: Account management, billing, customer support, top-ups, purchases, streaming, etc. * Ensure user data security and privacy, complying with industry regulations. * Collaborate with backend teams for API and microservices integration. * Optimize user experience for high-traffic applications across multiple devices. * Participate in the design of a modular architecture to facilitate the integration of new services and partners. * Implement push notifications, multi-factor authentication, and self-service features. * Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation. **Technical Requirements** * 3+ years of professional experience with React.js and React Native (Essential). * 3+ years of professional experience in development and configuration for Strapi CMS platform. * Prior experience in developing applications for TelCos, fintechs, banks, or platforms with multiple integrated services (desirable). * Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. * Experience consuming and orchestrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL. * Knowledge of micro-frontends and modular architecture. * Automated testing (Jest, Testing Library) and CI/CD. * Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API, MobX). * Version control with Git and collaborative workflows. * Knowledge of security standards in TelCo applications (data protection, authentication, encryption). **Desirable Skills Specific to TelCo** * Experience integrating billing systems, CRM, OSS/BSS, and TelCo support platforms. * Familiarity with payment services, top-ups, wallet integration, and related regulations. * Knowledge of accessibility and optimization for low-cost devices. * Experience with usage analytics in mobile and web apps. * Experience or knowledge in eSIM-compatible projects/products (integration, activation, eSIM profile management, technical support, etc.). * Technical English (ability to read documentation and communicate with international providers). **Soft Skills** * Analytical thinking focused on user experience. * Proactivity in proposing improvements and innovating functionalities. * Ability to work under pressure and in multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent communication and documentation skills. **Language:** * English: Intermediate to Advanced **About Us** We believe in Latin America's innovative potential and passionately live digital transformation and convergence; that’s why we want to help you maximize your business capabilities.
