The working hours for this role will be 9am\\-5:30pm US CT or 9am\\-5:30pm US MT with a compensation range of MXN $187\\-206 per hour.\n\n \n\n\n**Responsibilities**\n\n \n\n\n* Review order availability and work cross\\-functionally with the Operations team to process orders.\n* Log sales data and marketing product updates in a clear and accessible manner; maintain up\\-to\\-date tracking and organization of data and test results, fully\\-executed agreements, import documents, SOUs, etc.\n* Assist in maintaining strong relationships between MaryRuth’s and international distributors, focusing on communication and following up with dossiers, invoicing, and additional information.\n* Collaborate with various MaryRuth’s departments, especially QA/QC, to gather regulatory documents for international import.\n* Support on projects such as IP registration and domain purchasing.\n* Maintain clear and easy\\-to\\-use organization and tracking systems in Asana and Sharepoint.\n* Some travel (\\<5%) may be required on an as needed basis, with advance notice provided to the employee.\n* Other responsibilities as assigned.\n\n \n\n\n**Qualifications**\n\n\n* Minimum 1\\-2\\+ years of experience in a coordinator role is strongly preferred.\n* Demonstrated experience using Asana for project/task tracking is ideal.\n* Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail are required.\n* Previous experience in international sales, eCommerce, or retail is strongly preferred.\n* Strong communication and critical thinking skills to support multiple priorities.\n* Fluency in English is a necessity; multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) are a plus.\n\n \n\n\n**Physical Requirements**\n\n \n\n\n* Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.\n* This role involves sitting most of the time but may also involve moving for brief periods of time.\n\n \n\n\n**Benefits Summary**\n\n \n\n\n* Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience.\n* Paid sick time.\n* Paid holidays.\n* Paid time off.\n* Paid volunteer time.\n* Medical insurance.\n\n \n\n\n**The Culture at** **MaryRuth’s**\n\n \n\n\n\nWe are a fast\\-growing startup with a small, unified team that has a lot of fun and a big drive to change the world through our products.
