




Job Summary: Lead the Data function, ensuring reliable and scalable insights, governing data, standardizing metrics, and developing the team to support strategic decision-making. Driving a data-driven culture and analytical maturity Objective: Lead the Data function to ensure the generation of reliable and scalable insights aligned with corporate strategy through data governance, metric standardization, team development, and support for tactical and strategic decision-making. Main Responsibilities Coordinate, develop, and supervise the performance of the data team (BI, data analysts, and analytics). Define priorities, backlog, and roadmap for the data function in alignment with corporate strategy. Act as the focal point between the data function and business units. Promote best practices in analysis, documentation, and versioning. Structure and maintain data governance, ensuring data quality, consistency, integrity, and security. Define and standardize corporate KPIs, the data dictionary, and official company metrics. Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory policies (LGPD). Drive analytical maturity initiatives and a data-driven culture. Supervise the development and maintenance of dashboards, executive reports, and advanced analytics. Ensure analyses support strategic, tactical, and operational decisions. Collaborate with Strategic Planning and FP&A on integrated analyses (results, performance, scenarios, and projections). Evaluate and prioritize complex analytical requests. Support decisions regarding BI, analytics, and data stack tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, cloud). Define processes for data ingestion, processing, updating, and publishing. Monitor SLAs, performance, and reliability of deliverables. Promote continuous improvement in automation and scalability. Job Requirements More than 6 years of experience in data, BI, or analytics. At least 3 years of experience in leadership or team coordination roles. Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Experience working with product, marketing, or growth analytics teams. Intermediate–advanced English proficiency. Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Data modeling and metric definition. Knowledge of Python. Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). People leadership and development. Strategic vision and business orientation. Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. Clear communication, prioritization ability, and stakeholder influence.
