**COLLECTION MANAGER** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** \- Daily collections, ensuring \-5% of the portfolio is overdue starting from 1 day. \- Establish and implement actions for delinquent customers starting from 1 day to prevent further delinquency. \- Implement actions and strategies to ensure daily collection without delinquency, from the origin of the credit. \- Strictly follow collection processes to ensure a healthy portfolio. \- Maintain close relationships with all customers to ensure effective collection. \- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to Management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Collect daily Maintain portfolio with on-time payments at \-1% Collect overdue portfolio Follow up with customers via calls and visits to ensure timely payment Report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to General Management **KNOWLEDGE:** Collections Legal Financial Sector Aggressiveness, assertiveness, and creativity in collections Persuasion to ensure collection High-level relationship-building with other firms and professionals in the sector **WE OFFER:** Salary: $ 45,000 per month, plus statutory benefits **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., 100% in-person **WORK LOCATION:** Lomas de Chapultepec Position Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 per month Workplace: In-person employment
