Interaction with clients, suppliers, and customs agents. **JM Logistic Services is seeking an Executive Assistant in Nochebuena \- Benito Juárez, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gender: Unspecified Experience in a similar position at a freight forwarding agency English (Intermediate) Willingness to travel Responsibilities: Managing the CEO's schedule Planning trips for conferences abroad Handling customer quotation requests Communicating with customers, suppliers, and customs agents Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conferences with customers and suppliers. Knowledge of pricing and operations related to air, sea, land import/export and customs clearance. Reporting and tracking of maritime, land, and air shipments Receiving requests, preparing quotations, and follow-up. Knowledge and application of INCOTERMS. Skills: Responsibility Pro\-activity Teamwork Negotiation Persuasion We offer: Salary: $14,000\.00 gross monthly Statutory benefits and food vouchers after the third month. After the third month, eligibility for remote work days will be evaluated (if supported by remote work vouchers) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM .
