Your mission will be the engine of organizational change: Design and lead the continuous improvement strategy based on Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA methodologies. Document and standardize the DNA of our operations (process mapping in Visio/Bizagi). Turn data into strategy: Create and monitor KPI dashboards in Power BI to align the entire team with business objectives. What we require from you: Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
