Chapalita \- Zapopan, Jalisco** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TRAINING COORDINATOR Responsible for ensuring staff receive appropriate training in the company's values, mission, and vision, to deliver an exceptional customer experience and optimize performance in their roles, supporting their professional and personal growth within the organization. * Design, plan, and coordinate training programs for store staff, including the use and tracking of tools such as DC\-3, STYS, and DNC. * Train new employees on organizational culture, store policies, operational processes, and customer service. * Evaluate staff performance and progress through periodic follow-ups, providing constructive feedback. * Identify training needs by detecting areas for improvement, using assessments such as DNC (Training Needs Assessment). * Education: Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Communication, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role managing and delivering corporate training and development courses. * Knowledge of group facilitation techniques, needs assessment, STPS procedures (DC3\), CONOCER network, delivery of induction, onboarding, and formal training courses, instructional design, etc. * Availability: Monday through Saturday. **Preferred education level:** High School Diploma (Upper Secondary) **Preferred experience level:** Mid-Level **Departmental function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Retail / Retail Trade **Skills:** * TEAMWORK * INITIATIVE * LEADERSHIP *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e284215b000039004d6f63\&source\=indeed*
