If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a **Program Administrator** located in **Guadalajara, Campus Norte.** Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the **Program Administrator** role involves assisting with the management of key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship. **What a typical day looks like:** * Administrative support and right‑hand support to the Program Management * Manager for multiple customers. * Keep records, logs, and information up to date. * Analyze data to help make critical decisions. * Develop and maintain business relationships with customers. * Lead and coordinate projects/activities with members of the Customer Focus * Team (CFT) to ensure the program progresses as planned and within the prescribed budget, including facilitating work and communication among different departments. * Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, customers, or others. * May collaborate in the development and follow‑up of program metrics. * Coordination and management of shipments. * Invoicing for purchase orders and miscellaneous items. * Direct contact with the customer. * Follow‑up on ECOs. * P\&L analysis. * Analytical and financial acumen como plus. **The experience we are looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree completed. * NPI experience as a plus. * Fluent English, both verbal and written. * Order Management experience (Sales Order creation, shipments) as a plus. * Intermediate Excel. * ERP (Baan) experience as a plus. * Knowledge of shipping and logistics. * Knowledge of SMT and Backend processes. **What you will receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive salary. * Medical and life insurance. * Christmas bonus. * Food vouchers. * Savings fund. **YG20** **Job Category** ---------------- Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
