Job Summary: Tecnosinergia seeks a Support Engineer to provide technical support, diagnose and resolve issues, and prepare technical reports for clients in a growing technology sector. Tecnosinergia is a 100% Mexican company, wholesale provider of infrastructure, security, and telecommunications solutions; due to expansion, we are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. Requirements: • Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT (Preferred) • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Customer service experience in technical issue resolution. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team. • Strong communication skills. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to our clients. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues (video surveillance, telecommunications, infrastructure). • Prepare and present technical reports.
