Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Plastic Transformation Machine Operator to operate injection and extrusion equipment, with a focus on optimizing processes and maintaining quality. Performing color changes and mold changes SMART INDUSTRIES IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT **EXPERIENCED PLASTIC TRANSFORMATION MACHINE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS** **Technical Degree** * Mechatronics * Electromechanics * Industrial Engineering * Production Processes * Maintenance **Knowledge** **Minimum 1 year of experience operating plastic injection or extrusion machines** **Logbook completion** **Process improvements** **Fusions** * Operation and handling of vinyl injection machines and related equipment for production runs or sample manufacturing. * Achieve and maintain the vinyl injection process within documented cycle times in process sheets and startup procedures to meet specified part quality requirements. * Perform color changes and mold changes according to planning requirements. * Complete machine and mold maintenance, including daily cleaning of area equipment. * Troubleshoot and correct process issues, as well as perform minor repairs as needed. * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days per week) We offer: · Fixed salary · Statutory benefits · Food vouchers · Subsidized cafeteria · Transportation assistance · Professional growth · Opportunity for additional benefits beyond statutory requirements Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
