· HACCP/Hazards, 5 preliminary steps/ Form HACCP team, Describe the product, Identify intended use, Describe the process and map the production flow, 7 HACCP Principles/Conduct hazard analysis and identify preventive measures, Determine CCPs, Establish corrective actions to be taken when monitoring indicates a specific CCP is not under control, Establish verification procedures to confirm the HACCP system is functioning effectively, and Establish documentation for all procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices, Foreign material control and cross-contamination, Allergen and sensitive chemical control, Pest control, Chemical control, Traceability, POES, Glass and hard plastic control.
