Concierge for a 6-unit building located in Colonia Ladrón de Guevara. Age: 25 to 50 years old. Minimum 1 year of experience. Knowledge of maintenance tasks such as masonry, electricity, plumbing, painting, etc. Responsible person for building care, monitoring maintenance details across the 6 units, security surveillance, attending to residents and users, and cleaning certain areas of the building. Tentative work schedule: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday; Sunday off. We provide housing (room with kitchenette, full bathroom, and bed).
