We are currently seeking **a Painter** at **Grand Palladium Riviera Maya**. **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Mix and apply paint using appropriate techniques for each surface * Perform painting tasks in guest rooms, common areas, dining venues, kitchens, restaurants, and lobbies, as scheduled or required * Maintain elements such as grilles, support beams, shelves, safety signage, signs, and wayfinding markers throughout the resort * Coordinate with your supervisor or maintenance manager on periodic painting programs across different hotel zones * Assist in general cleaning of the maintenance area and in assigned operational activities * Maintain equipment and tools in good condition, performing preventive maintenance when necessary * Efficiently manage the use of assigned materials and equipment * Support housekeeping staff with painting tasks when required * Work at heights **In exchange for your commitment and motivation, we offer:** * Real opportunities for development within an internationally expanding company * Excellent work environment * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Continuous training and enriching learning experiences **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 1 year of prior experience. * Knowledge of paints, enamel, paint mixing, and repair techniques. * Familiarity with work tools.
