Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Leader to supervise a team of developers, design technical architectures, coordinate teams, and ensure quality in projects. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical mentorship and support for professional growth. **Technical Leader** Responsible for project objectives, as well as their own tasks, managing a team of individuals to whom they will provide technical guidance, oversee performance, and ensure consistent application of workflow standards. **Challenges you would face:** * Supervise a team of developers to build technical solutions meeting business and technical requirements. * Oversee technical architecture design, technology selection, and implementation of technical solutions. * Coordinate development teams as required by the project. * Facilitate communication among team members and serve as the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues and addressing concerns. * Conduct code and design reviews. Resolve code defects and deploy timely fixes for more complex code. * Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and client requirements. * Ensure all risks and issues affecting the project are raised following established processes and appropriate actions are taken. * Provide technical mentorship and support to team members, fostering professional growth and skill development. * Escalate risks and issues with significant impact on outcomes. * Implement software development practices and processes that promote quality and technical excellence. **What you need to succeed:** * Ability to develop software independently, without supervision. * Ability to perform technical design. * Ability to communicate technical matters clearly and precisely. * Confidence to deliver on time with expected quality. * Ability to supervise L1 and L2 teams (only if required). * Prior work experience in technical roles within the information technology field. * Solid knowledge of relevant technologies and tools for the project, such as programming languages and databases.
