




Job Summary: Prosys CP is seeking a Robot Programmer to automate and program industrial robots in automotive projects, ensuring integration, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are continuously growing and looking for passionate, proactive individuals eager to develop themselves in an innovative and technological environment. **What will you do as a Robot Programmer at Prosys CP?** Program, configure, and commission industrial robots and other robotic systems in automotive projects, ensuring correct integration, safety, and efficiency of automated processes in accordance with international standards. **Candidate Profile Sought:** **Education:** Mechatronics Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Automation. **Requirements:** * 5 years of experience programming robots. * 5 years of experience performing robot commissioning from scratch. * Experience with any of the following robot brands: FANUC, ABB, KUKA, YASKAWA, NACHI. * Experience with the following technologies: Spot Weld, Arc Weld, Stus Weld, Sealing, Material Handling, Painting (desirable). * Experience with robotic process simulation: Roboguide, Robostudio, Process Simulate. * Experience applying programming standards (VASS, BMW, FNG, MULTIMATIC, etc.). **Competencies:** **Technical:** Advanced robot programming, device configuration, signal mapping. **Analytical:** Fault diagnosis, sequence optimization. **Personal:** Teamwork, results-oriented, organized, committed. **Key Responsibilities:** * Offline programming, virtual commissioning, and commissioning of robots. * Developing logical functions and teaching for automated sequences. * Verifying and adjusting anti-collision zones. * Configuring servo grippers, trunnions, rails, and associated devices. * Configuring Ethernet equipment (valve blocks, IO tablets). * Configuring safety systems (RMU). * Mapping signals and measuring Ufanes and TCP. * Interpreting electrical and pneumatic diagrams. * Diagnosing and resolving faults in robotic systems. * Preparing weekly reports (faults, extra costs, progress). **We Offer:** Salary of $25,000 MXN – $30,000 MXN depending on experience and skills.
