We specialize in comprehensive waste management, particularly waste generated by industry, which includes everything from collection to proper treatment or disposal of these materials. We are currently seeking a PALLET MAKER / PALLET ASSISTANT / GENERAL ASSISTANT Responsibilities: **1\. Assembling and repairing pallets** * Assemble new or recycled pallets using recovered wood. * Replace damaged boards, nails, or broken parts. * Use tools such as hammers, saws, pneumatic or electric nail guns. **2\. Sorting pallets and materials** * Separate pallets by type, size, or condition (reusable, for repair, or disposal). * Sort wood and other recyclable materials (plastic, cardboard, metals). * Identify hazardous or non-recyclable waste (if applicable). **3\. General support in the production area** * Manually load and unload pallets, or with the help of forklifts (if qualified). * Organize finished products in storage or loading areas. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. **4\. Record keeping and tracking** * Fill out simple logs or reports for pallets entering and leaving. * Label pallets or products with batch or customer codes. * Follow production instructions according to work orders. **5\. Support in internal logistics** * Prepare pallet orders for delivery to customers. * Assist in loading trucks with finished products. * Ensure that the pallet is in optimal condition for transport. **6\. Safety and hygiene** * Wear personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, helmet, etc.). * Follow industrial safety and recycling regulations. * Support compliance with ecological procedures and traceability requirements.
