DESCRIPTION **Position Objective** Supervise high-risk work and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures on site. **Responsibilities** * Supervision of critical activities (working at height, lifting, electrical work, confined spaces). * Validation of work permits. * Coordination with contractors and construction teams. * Reporting, KPIs, and follow-up on findings. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** * Experience in HSE supervision for industrial or energy projects. * Knowledge of safety regulations and risk control. * Availability for on-site work. **Competencies** * Field leadership. * Technical rigor. * Effective communication.
