




We are looking for an **Executive Chef** with a passion for cuisine, leadership, and creativity, capable of managing the kitchen, designing attractive menus, and ensuring quality in every dish. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all kitchen operations. * Design menus and dishes, including innovative proposals using regional ingredients. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. * Manage costs, inventory, and waste control. * Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team. * Coordinate special events, banquets, and catering services as needed. Requirements * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Head Chef). * Knowledge of Mexican and international cuisine. * Leadership and teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
