You will be responsible for delivering assistance and support to enable telephony and network services for end users. Maintain equipment and applications, along with their access to the network infrastructure, to ensure users’ operational activities and support business competitiveness and continuity. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM Availability: Weekend on-call duty as required Job Location: San José Iturbide Requirements: Bachelor’s degree / Engineering in Systems, Communications and Networks, or related field. Experience in Telephony and Cabling Support (2 years) Courses or diploma in networking Basic English ITIL courses or knowledge Preferably reside in San José Iturbide Immediate availability Responsibilities: Technical support to users; incident and request handling. Use of ticket management tools (ServiceNow / Remedy / etc.) Use of Active Directory (domain management, password resets, common tasks). Scheduled equipment maintenance Inventory control of telephony equipment Structured cabling CRM usage Coordinate hardware maintenance activities through external vendors.
