Join the team in a Sr Packaging Technologyst role where you will be the main interface between Plant, DPU, Quality, and Marketing, ensuring coordination and alignment across all matters related to packaging technology and quality. Additionally, you will collaborate with DPU functions in defining, developing and implementing strategies focused on continuous improvement of packaging technologies, both for existing products and new launches. Key Responsibilities: * You will contribute with DPU Sourcing and Local Purchasing in the supplier evaluation process, also participating in periodic audits. * You will ensure analysis and intervention to solve issues related to packaging lines. * You will manage and coordinate ongoing problem-solving activities for technology-related issues arising within the managed area. * You will coordinate trials on new production processes and solutions for new materials and packaging. Report to DPU \-Deploy on identified issues to understand and investigate root causes and propose solutions. * You will ensure the preparation of periodic reports on analyses conducted, in order to provide continuous tracking of root causes of problems, aiming to develop necessary recovery actions. Who are we looking for? * Engineering, Industrial Design, Materials Science or related fields. * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in packaging development or improvement (preferably in industrial or mass consumer environments). * Knowledge of packaging technologies, material validation, quality and sustainability regulations. * Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Advanced level of English.
