A leading company in the logistics sector located in the Querétaro industrial park is seeking: **GENERAL SERVICES ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Age: 22 to 26 years old * Gender: Indifferent * Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, etc. * Experience: Minimum of 6 months * Valid Class A driver's license **Responsibilities:** * Manage vehicle control, payment of registrations, inspections in QRO and MX, insurance, maintenance, and sales. * Purchase airline tickets, make hotel reservations, and pay invoices. * Search for suppliers for office maintenance and required purchases. * Process payments for all company services including water, electricity, transportation, fumigations, etc. * Monthly invoicing. * Perform purchases and assist with minor company repairs. * Support company audits for ISO9001, 14001, and BASC. * Assist in compliance with NOM standards. **Responsibilities:** * Develop new suppliers according to company needs * Invoice all expenses from company purchases * Complete tasks on time **We Offer:** * Salary based on experience * Full-time, on-site work mode * Competitive benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Location: Querétaro Industrial Park Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible hours * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company phone * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
