Icorp is looking for you! **Main activities and responsibilities:** Provide technical support services to maintain computers and applications in optimal operating condition, ensuring the continuity of user activities during site engineer absences Preventive and corrective maintenance for computer equipment and printers Access management, passwords, active directory, equipment inventory handling **Work location:** San José Iturbide, Guanajuato **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree / Engineering in Computer Science or related field (interns accepted) * Minimum 1 year of experience providing user support * Experience with ticketing systems * Experience with Windows, Office * Image deployment * Repair of devices such as printers * Technical English desirable (ability to understand texts and manuals, and respond to e\-mails) * Availability to work as backup (covering absences and vacations) * MUST HAVE A CAR OR MOTORCYCLE Full-time availability, Monday through Friday Availability to cover holidays as required **Benefits:** **We offer:** Base salary \+ Bonuses \+ Statutory benefits At Icorp we are looking for talented people like you!
