Leading environmental company is seeking **QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COORDINATOR** **Job Requirements:** Minimum Education: University degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field Proven experience in quality management systems **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems across all company assets and processes. * Coordinate, organize, and conduct sessions with area leaders to analyze, record, and document all processes under their responsibility. * Administer the QMS and documentation for Operational and Administrative Processes. * Ensure the creation and documentation of the Quality Manual. * Manage Corrective Actions. * Support Process Owners in internal controls. * Conduct QMS training sessions. * Provide close monitoring of work planning and delivery deadlines, ensuring periodic, timely, and reliable reporting to Operations Management and Executive Board. * Verify compliance with established specifications for services and in-process products to ensure conformity. * Promptly address quality-related complaints in coordination with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams, and follow up until resolution. * Maintain an updated record of deviations and non-conformities to define actions required for closure. * Ensure quality assurance across all operational and administrative processes to guarantee proper system functionality. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $18,000.00 * Statutory benefits * Employee transportation * Grocery vouchers **Experience:** * Quality management systems, knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, and environmental legal requirements.
