Collaborate on designing and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Operations Specialist to join our BAO Technical Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with expertise in Azure DevOps, SQL, Kubernetes, and troubleshooting operational \& user issues. *Education and Experience:* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 8\+ years of experience in IT technical operations or a similar role. * Demonstrated experience in scripting, cloud services, and development methodologies. *Skills Profile:* * Proficiency in SQL querying language for database management and reporting. * Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and its microservices. * Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as DataDog, Splunk, AppInsights \& Log Analytics * Handson experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment. Understanding of pipeline creation and management is preferred. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross functional teams. * Proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in a fast\-paced environment. * Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, DevOps) are a plus. * Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and task orchestration. * SQL \& PowerShell scripting is ideal, experience with Datadog or Splunk is a plus. *Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions in alignment with business objectives. * Troubleshoot issues with Kubernetes via kubectl and/or management tools such as Rafay or Docker. * Develop and maintain SQL scripts for database management, data manipulation, and reporting purposes. * Utilize DataDog for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance and resource utilization. * Advise on monitoring, and work with the team to enhance existing monitoring to improve our ability to respond to issues. * Analyze logs and metrics using Datadog, Splunk, or native tools to identify and address potential issues proactively. * Implement best practices for continuous integration, deployment, and delivery using Azure DevOps.
