Requirements: * Education: Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. * Knowledge of Windows versions, hardware maintenance, software, and telecommunications; experience in technical support. * Willingness to travel. * Customer service orientation. * Valid Class A driver's license or ability to obtain one.
