Problem resolution, effective communication, and organization. **Job Objective** This is a full-time position in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, responsible for ensuring the proper handling of transportation-related procedures contracted by associates, while guaranteeing the functionality of systems and processes required for their execution. **Skills** * Customer Service: Provide direct support to customers, resolving inquiries regarding procedures and platform service systems. * Sales: Identify business opportunities related to platforms and systems; follow up with potential customers until closure. Basic CRM knowledge required. * Data Analysis and Management: Generate reports enabling performance evaluation of systems and informed decision-making. * Attention to Detail: Carefully review documents before submission to prevent errors that could delay approvals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each procedure. * Problem Resolution: Develop rapid solutions in response to procedure rejections or delays. Coordinate across departments (CBP, Customers, Developers) to resolve incidents. * Communication Skills: Draft clear and precise reports for executives and authorities. Explain regulatory requirements to operational staff in simple, practical terms. Negotiate professionally and assertively with authorities and customers. * Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks based on urgency and relevance.
