Production Supervisor Ensure compliance with production programs according to the quality standards established by the company, as well as optimization of assigned human and material resources, always within a safe and environmentally respectful environment. Requirements: * Knowledge of 4MS * IATF-16949 * Calculation and interpretation of OEE * Problem analysis and resolution * Personnel management * Use of measurement instruments * Production volumes * Assembly line balancing * Inventory control and execution * Personnel administration Responsibilities: * Ensure production plan volume and mix. * Supervise discipline, order, and cleanliness in their areas of responsibility. * Promote discipline and apply individual or group sanctions according to the offense committed. * Timely submit authorizations (manual and system) for the team managed to ensure correct payroll calculation. * Ensure product manufacturing according to procedures, instructions, and other documents established in the quality management system. * Promote training and skill development for operational staff according to the ILUO system. * Identify sources generating waste and coordinate action plans to eliminate them, ensuring achievement of quality objectives. * Supervise hourly shift reporting, as well as correct scanning execution (WMS), to generate compliance reports. * Ensure production rate according to established standards to achieve OEE targets. * Generate and maintain updated OEE reports per shift, daily and monthly, showing performance of lines under supervision and update KPI boards with results. * Generate PDCA and root cause analysis for low performance and promote execution of activities assigned to the CFT.
