Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager with experience in transportation logistics to lead operations, coordinate staff, and monitor vehicles. Problem resolution and support for drivers We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with logistics experience to lead operations. OPERATIONS MANAGER Requirements: High school diploma / incomplete or completed bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field Experience in transportation logistics Flexible availability No commuting restrictions Responsibilities: Timely tracking of trips assigned by the client Generate invoices for trips Coordinate assigned personnel Maintain a logbook sharing the status of each vehicle with the client Inspect maintenance of assigned vehicles as well as fuel efficiency Develop a schedule for planned staff rest periods Conduct vehicle inventory upon assignment to the driver Monitor vehicles during trips Track anomalies occurring en route and provide support to drivers for problem resolution Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Company phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
