Job Summary: Represent Suofeiya on-site, ensuring the proper execution, coordination, and installation of kitchens, closets, doors, and project furniture, guaranteeing quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with standards. Coordination and supervision of carpentry and furniture installation. **Job Objective** Represent Suofeiya on-site, ensuring the proper execution, coordination, and installation of kitchens, closets, doors, and project furniture, guaranteeing quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with standards established with the developer. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the direct liaison between Suofeiya, the developer, external supervision, and on-site contractors. * Coordinate and supervise the installation team’s activities. * Verify on-site measurements and validate pre-installation conditions. * Supervise proper receipt, storage, and control of furniture at the site. * Maintain a daily physical progress log and photographic reports. * Identify deviations, incidents, or risks and promptly report them to project management. * Ensure adherence to the installation schedule and coordinate necessary adjustments. * Supervise installation quality in accordance with approved drawings and technical specifications. * Manage post-installation repairs, details, and outstanding items. * Participate in pre-handover walkthroughs, punch lists, and project closeout. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Adherence to the installation schedule. * Rate of rework or incidents. * Quality of first-time inspection pass. * Timely control and reporting of deviations. * Customer/developer satisfaction. **Required Profile** * Architect, Civil Engineer, or related degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a site resident or construction supervisor (preferably in high-end hotel or residential projects). * Experience coordinating carpentry, fixed furniture, or FF&E installations. * Ability to demonstrate field leadership and problem-solving under pressure. * Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented. * Basic proficiency in Excel, digital reporting, and submission of photographic evidence. **Core Competencies** * On-site leadership * Effective communication * Order and follow-up * Results-oriented mindset * High quality standards Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $13,301.93 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
