Therefore, we are currently seeking Nurses for Diagnostic Testing and Operating Rooms to join our team. **Responsibilities** * Provide initial patient care, reception, and orientation, ensuring a clear and orderly experience throughout their visit. * Prepare and assist patients for ophthalmological diagnostic tests and surgical procedures. * Operate ophthalmological diagnostic equipment and specialized medical technology according to established protocols. * Support medical staff during surgical procedures and ophthalmological treatments, ensuring compliance with clinical and safety protocols. * Prepare and verify surgical instruments, supplies, and medical materials before, during, and after procedures. * Perform circulating and instrument nursing functions according to operational needs. * Record clinical and administrative information in patient files and institutional systems. * Supervise the proper functioning, cleaning, and safekeeping of medical equipment and instruments. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, asepsis, biosafety, and infection control standards. * Maintain order, supply, and inventory control of medical supplies in assigned areas. * Participate in training sessions, audits, and continuous improvement activities. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. * Prior experience in operating rooms, ophthalmological diagnostic testing, or healthcare clinics is desirable. * Basic proficiency in handling medical equipment and specialized technologies. * Ability to learn quickly and proactively acquire new knowledge. * Interest in continuous professional development and willingness to participate in training programs. * Adaptability and ease in handling new technologies applied in clinical settings. * Teamwork, organization, and effective communication skills. * Availability to rotate shifts between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. / 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * Fixed day off on Sundays * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers worth $1,050 * 4% savings fund contribution * 35% discount at optical stores * Banregio payroll If this profile matches your background and you wish to join our team, we would be delighted to receive your application.
