If you are a Technician or Professional in **Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance or related field** and are looking for an opportunity to grow, ¡Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based at our location in **Reynosa Tamps. Mx.**, you will be responsible for repairing machinery by verifying it is in optimal condition through preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and analysis of production electronic equipment. Your duties and responsibilities will be completed under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. **AS AN ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN, YOU WILL:** * Provide technical support to all equipment * Support repair of conveyor and trenches * Diagnose, analyze and resolve electronic and control system failures * Perform maintenance on production machinery * Complete corresponding records of activities performed * Keep your work area and maintenance locations clean and organized * Support the production department when they have issues with machinery **WHO YOU ARE:** You act with a clear sense of ownership. You comfortably collaborate with people at all levels, functions, cultures and geographies. You have the ability to facilitate diverse topics and contribute to talent development, build effective teams, proactively seek continuous improvement by innovating processes, and demonstrate a service attitude — customer focus, analyzing and considering different resources to make high-quality decisions focused on the customer. **EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:** * Technician or Professional in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or related field, plus a minimum of one (1\) year of experience preferred, including leadership, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Knowledge in electricity, electronics and advanced mechanics * Knowledge in pneumatics and hydraulics * Advanced knowledge in Allen Bradley PLC programming * HMI programming * Basic knowledge in FANUC robots (preferably) * LOTO training, working at heights and confined spaces * Welding and grinding skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Legal authorization to work in Mexico: sponsorship will not be provided for this position. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
