We are looking for a **RECRUITER TRAINER** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely coverage of operational vacancies and proper integration of new hires through agile recruitment, selection, and initial training processes. Provide store support to ensure profile compliance, accelerate the learning curve, and reduce turnover during the first 30\-60 days. * Execute operational recruitment activities in the field (scouting, job fairs, local partnerships, interviews). * Coordinate with zone leaders and supervisors to validate profiles and vacancy availability. * Apply initial screening (interviews, basic tests, document verification). * Provide in-store support during induction and training in the first days of employment. * Conduct in-store training for new hires: basic functions, values, and key protocols. * Monitor onboarding progress and delivery of required documents (registration, training checklist, system validation). * Record data in platforms (Pandapé, SAP, Universidad Neto) and verify completion of mandatory courses. * Submit weekly reports on filled vacancies, training progress, and turnover rates among new hires. * Deliver training on basic sales, service, and operational standards together with Culture Managers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field * Experience in operational recruitment, field training, platform management (Pandapé, Zoom), interviews, and technical training * Minimum 2 years of experience
