




Job Summary: The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the proper operation of customer access equipment through technical verification and physical conditioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Functional verification and firmware update of equipment 2. Diagnosis, classification, and physical conditioning of equipment 3. Inventory control and compliance with quality standards The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the proper operation of customer access equipment (Modems, ONTs, RF antennas) through technical verification, firmware updates, and physical conditioning, ensuring each unit meets operational quality standards prior to deployment in the network.
