Private Security Supervisor

Description

We are currently seeking an **Operational Supervisor** for the **Private Security** department, with experience managing high-turnover teams, **supervising over 200 people**, industry-specific experience, and accustomed to working **under performance-based pressure**. The ideal candidate must be available for a **full-time position**, have prior experience in service-oriented companies and problem resolution, possess at least **two years of academic or professional experience in this field**, regularly submit reports to superiors, demonstrate **excellent diction**, and maintain professional conduct with both internal and external clients. You must exhibit a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of making sound decisions, managing personnel, fostering and improving workplace climate, and be receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks are performed effectively. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, devising risk mitigation strategies. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security violations or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass an extensive background check. * Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties such as standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
