Job Summary The Mining Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently supervising and coordinating extraction operations at the mine, ensuring compliance with safety, productivity, and mineral quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with the operations team to optimize processes and achieve production targets. Job Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and direct daily extraction activities; * Supervise mining operations personnel, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company standards; * Ensure efficient use of mining machinery and equipment, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance with the relevant department; * Conduct periodic inspections at the worksite to identify hazards and ensure safe operating conditions; * Monitor production progress, record relevant data, and generate performance reports; * Collaborate in developing and tracking mining plans, adjusting them according to geological and operational conditions; * Coordinate with production, maintenance, and safety departments to ensure integrated and efficient operations; * Implement and promote best practices in mining to optimize productivity and reduce costs; * Actively participate in safety meetings and staff training sessions.
