Job Summary: Supervises the mechanical team, manages vehicle and construction equipment maintenance, develops maintenance programs, and ensures compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Trains new mechanics on procedures and safety Supervise a team of mechanics and oversee the completion of all vehicle and construction equipment maintenance and repairs. Develop and implement maintenance programs and procedures to maximize equipment uptime. Create work orders based on new work requests and prioritize work orders according to urgency and equipment importance. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability. Ensure all vehicles and equipment are safe to operate and comply with safety standards. Document and maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
