




A major company in the hospitality industry is seeking a: CHEF Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 6 months in this position or in a similar role. * Education: Completed high school (preferred). Skills: o Proactivity and ability to work independently. o Organization and attention to detail. o Responsibility and commitment. o Ability to work as part of a team. o Creativity in food presentation and preparation. o Skills in meat cutting, seafood handling, and poultry preparation. Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook food following hotel recipes and standards. * Ensure all dishes are prepared with the correct ingredients and presented attractively and consistently. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and kitchen equipment. * Assist in food inventory management, reporting any shortages or ordering needs. * Comply with all hygiene and food safety regulations to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. * Collaborate with other chefs and restaurant staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service. We offer: * Gross monthly salary: $9,771\.3 (before taxes) \+ $390\.84 monthly food vouchers \+ tips (occasionally provided by guests). * Benefits: o All statutory benefits (IMSS coverage from day one, 12 days of vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, etc.). * Schedule: o Monday through Sunday, rotating shifts from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. o One weekday day off (subject to operational requirements). * Location: o Col.
